We chose ethical materials, including quarter-sawn cedar and vertical long-run COLORSTEEL® cladding. These choices not only withstand coastal conditions but also enhance the home’s aesthetic.
Sun, Views, and Connection
The sun and views were paramount. Expansive windows frame vistas of native trees and Mount Karioi. The sleek black kitchen and scullery flow seamlessly to the outdoors, creating a perfect harmony. Polished concrete floors connect the interior to the exterior, emphasizing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
